Ohio End of Life Options is excited to announce a new free series of community events intended to help you and those in your care live well, plan well, and age well. In these talks, professionals in the field will share their expertise and give practical advice.

Navigating Senior Care Living Options

Presenters:

These senior care experts have a combined 50+ years helping individuals and their families navigate the often confusing choices in senior care. They will discuss everything from hospital stays and follow-up, elder care legal rights, and finding the best fit and services in assisted living. Jane, Anne, and Kathy will answer your personal questions in an extended Q & A session at the end of the program. Additionally, you will go home with tools and materials to help you advocate for yourself and your family.
